Healers and Doctors in the Andes

Students are required to do all assigned readings by class time, complete weekly critiques and to participate in class discussions.  Students will keep a journal of their work with local practitioners and will complete weekly summaries.  There is one research paper (12-15 pages) and one public presentation in Spanish or Quichua (local audience) required to complete the course.
